We invite you to a special Whanaungatanga Hui to celebrate Māori business in this region, and to acknowledge our new partnership with Queenstown Lakes District Council, which is set to support a thriving Māori business community in this region, and explore procurement opportunities and the diversification of the Māori economy locally.

What to expect:

Whanaungatanga: Come along and meet other Māori in business, the KUMA team including our newly appointed Kaitohutohu Matua Karen Roos and the QLDC team, including Economic Futures Manager Peter Harris.

Tautoko: We’ll explore what the Queenstown Lakes Economic Diversification Plan - Pathways to a thriving future - means for Māori Business here and how you can get involved - Refer to the plan here

Manaakitanga: Reconnect, collaborate, strengthen and uplift each other in our business journey.
